Terms of Use
1. Who provides ModletHub
ModletHub is operated by ROMCO SOLUTIONS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16488162. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
For help, account enquiries or rights reports, contact support@modlethub.com. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@modlethub.com. A privacy request sent to support will still be handled.
ModletHub is the playbook library for marketing, revenue and client work. A Reveal unlocks a workflow’s full instructions and included materials for your account. It does not run the workflow for you.
2. Your account and private work
These terms apply when you use ModletHub. The Creator Terms in section 3 apply when you submit work for publication. The Creator Earnings schedule also applies if you participate in the earnings programme. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information.
Your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information and do not share sign-in access. If acting for an employer or client, make sure you have authority to use their materials.
Private authoring. You can create private drafts without payout setup. You choose whether to submit them for publication, and we review submissions before publishing. Your account shows the authoring features available to you.
Your work stays yours. You keep ownership of your drafts and materials. You give us non-exclusive permission to store, copy and process them only as needed to provide authoring, recovery, security, support and review you request, including through service providers. This permission is not a public distribution licence.
Other customers cannot see your private drafts. Authorised administrators may access them when needed to provide those services. Do not upload secrets, unnecessary personal information, malware or materials you lack permission to use. Saving a draft is not permission to publish it, advertise with it or use it for general AI-model training.
Assisted authoring. If you connect your own assistant, choose what it can access and review its work. Its provider has its own data-handling terms. You remain responsible for your submission. An assistant cannot make the human publication decision for you.
Fair use and safety. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Do not bypass access controls, scrape protected content, abuse the service, impersonate someone or infringe others' rights. We may restrict content or suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security risks, unlawful material or abuse, as explained in the Acceptable Use Policy. Its enforcement provisions include legal action and applicable notice and appeal rights.
Deleting or leaving. Email support@modlethub.com to request draft deletion or account closure. We will explain what can be deleted and any limited records that need to remain, as described in the Privacy Notice and, if you publish, the Creator Terms. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate requests; we will help you address both if relevant.
Changes and your rights. We may change the service or these terms for a genuine operational, legal or security reason. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and preserve any cancellation, refund or other rights the law gives you.
3. Creator Terms
These Creator Terms supplement the other sections of these Terms of Use when you submit work for publication.
Ownership and permission. You keep ownership of your work. You must own it or have permission to submit it and grant the rights below. Identify included third-party components and their licences. Do not include confidential employer or client material, personal information you are not allowed to share, credentials, malware or hidden tracking.
Publication. By explicitly submitting for publication, you ask us to review the submitted workflow and relevant public-profile information. If approved, you give ROMCO SOLUTIONS LTD a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute the approved workflow and included materials through ModletHub, and grant customers the use rights below. We may use necessary service providers to do this. This is not an assignment of ownership or permission to publish other private drafts.
Your first publication combines workflow and public-profile review and requires your explicit profile-publication permission. We may approve a submission, ask for changes or decline it. Review is not professional accreditation; you remain responsible for the accuracy and permissions of your work.
Customer use. You authorise us to grant customers the workflow licence in section 4, including implementation for their employer or clients and use with authorised assistants. It does not allow resale of your playbook or general AI-model training. Identify any third-party restriction that affects normal implementation before Reveal.
Your profile and promotion. We may display approved previews and the public-profile information you choose on ModletHub while the relevant publication permission is active. This does not give us a blanket right to use your name, image, private drafts or endorsement in external advertising. Optional external promotional use requires separate permission.
Quality and maintenance. Describe the workflow, prerequisites, limitations, relevant costs and tested tools honestly. Check AI-assisted material as carefully as other material. Correct material errors you discover and respond reasonably to maintenance requests. Tell us promptly about a serious safety, rights or accuracy problem. We may flag, limit, pause or remove outdated or unsafe material. These terms do not require you to provide bespoke client services or guarantee uninterrupted compatibility or results.
Withdrawal and removal. You can withdraw your public profile using its withdrawal control. Contact support@modlethub.com for help or to ask us to stop future distribution of a workflow. Profile withdrawal makes the public profile and public creator attribution unavailable; it does not itself unpublish your workflows, erase internal authorship or cancel earned financial records. Republishing your profile requires your explicit decision.
Removing a workflow may end access to it on ModletHub. Customers who lawfully obtained it can continue using their copies for the purposes allowed by the customer licence. We do not promise permanent hosting or future updates. We keep the records needed to honour those rights, resolve disputes and account for earnings.
For unlawful, infringing or dangerous material, we may have to restrict distribution and notify affected users. This does not validate rights that the uploader never held. We will explain significant restrictions and offer a way to challenge them where lawful and practical; urgent safety or legal action may come first. Where applicable law requires a statement of reasons when a restriction takes effect, we will provide it at that time.
Earnings. Most subscription revenue goes to eligible creators. You earn from qualifying Reveals of your published workflows by trial and paying members. Accept these terms and complete the supported-route eligibility checks to start earning. Talentir payment verification is needed when your payable balance reaches USD 20 before fees, not before you start earning.
The Creator Earnings schedule forms part of these terms and explains the monthly calculation, eligibility cutoff, payments and outstanding balances. Confirmed earnings remain owed if a payment or verification check fails or a payment link expires. Private authoring does not require you to join the earnings programme.
Questions and disputes. Contact support@modlethub.com with the workflow link and issue. We will review rights reports and appeals on their facts.
4. Your workflow licence
When you lawfully Reveal a workflow, you may read it and download included materials through your account, and use or adapt them to implement the workflow for your own work, employer or clients. You may use your authorised assistant for that implementation. Your employer or client may receive and use the resulting implementation and outputs.
Do not share your account or sell, publish or distribute the playbook or protected source materials as a reusable product or shared library. Do not use or license those materials for general AI-model training. You can give an employer or client the finished implementation and its outputs. Check the relevant licence before also handing over reusable source templates or other included materials.
Third-party components remain subject to their identified licences. Material restrictions must be disclosed before Reveal. This licence does not grant team-wide account access.
After your subscription ends, you can continue these permitted uses of material you lawfully obtained. You can revisit a previously Revealed workflow on ModletHub while it remains published and available under the service's access rules. We do not promise permanent hosting or future updates. This licence cannot grant rights that the uploader did not have.
5. Membership, cancellation and refunds
Your purchase. You buy your ModletHub membership from ROMCO SOLUTIONS LTD. For purchases through Stripe Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record for the payment; ROMCO SOLUTIONS LTD remains the seller.
Monthly membership is USD 32 excluding applicable tax, GBP 29 including applicable tax, or EUR 34 including applicable tax. The checkout identifies the price, currency, tax treatment, total and next renewal terms before you pay. A paid membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Free account access or free Reveals do not by themselves start paid recurring billing.
Paid membership is available in the countries supported at checkout. Membership is not available in the United Arab Emirates. Creator payment eligibility is assessed separately.
Check each workflow’s prerequisites, included materials and restrictions before using it. Your plan shows its allowances and other material limits; your purchase confirmation records the terms you accepted.
Cancel renewal online. Open your account and choose “Manage subscription” to cancel through Stripe. You do not need to email us. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cannot use the online route, email support@modlethub.com. This does not limit a right to end the contract earlier under applicable law.
Your legal withdrawal rights. UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw. This is different from stopping your next renewal. You can exercise this right by using our online withdrawal page at modlethub.com/billing/withdraw or emailing a clear withdrawal statement to support@modlethub.com; the form below is optional. Your withdrawal is in time if you send the statement before the withdrawal period ends.
If you expressly ask us to start a service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, but only where the law permits and we gave you the required information. The service withdrawal right is lost on full performance only where the required request and acknowledgement were given.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right is lost when supply begins only after your express consent and acknowledgement of that loss, with the required confirmation. A Reveal alone does not waive your rights. Your legal rights to conforming content and services, remedies for faults or misdescription, and additional rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Where you validly withdraw, we make the refund due without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed, using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Ordinary cancellation does not include an automatic pro-rata refund or an extra money-back guarantee. We honour refunds and other remedies required by law. Any additional goodwill refund is discretionary; the payment service may also issue refunds under its rules.
Problems. If the service or a workflow is faulty or not as described, email support@modlethub.com with what happened and the workflow or order reference. Do not send card details or passwords. We will investigate and provide the correction, price reduction, refund or other remedy you are entitled to.
Changes and termination. We will not silently increase the agreed price or materially reduce your rights. We will give the notice and choices required by law before a price or other material adverse change. Where we end paid access without your breach, we will provide the refund or other remedy required for the unused service. Suspension for fraud, security, abuse or material breach must be proportionate and does not erase statutory rights.
Payment disputes. Contact us if you do not recognise a charge or believe it is wrong. This does not restrict your right to raise a dispute with your payment provider. We may investigate suspected fraud and take proportionate protective action, but a good-faith dispute does not automatically forfeit your account rights or confirmed creator earnings.
6. Responsibility
You are responsible for choosing workflows that suit your needs, checking permissions, and operating and backing up your own tools. Workflows are general implementation resources, not advice tailored to your legal, financial or professional circumstances. We do not guarantee business results or compatibility with every third-party tool or version. This does not limit your rights where content or services are faulty or misdescribed.
For business use, to the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for lost profits, revenue, anticipated savings and business opportunities, and for indirect or consequential loss. This does not reduce confirmed creator earnings or our obligation to pay amounts otherwise due.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. English and Welsh law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or applicable court rights where you live.
ModletHub’s software, branding, site design and other platform materials belong to ROMCO SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you. Creator content remains subject to the ownership and licence provisions above.
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Creator Earnings
This schedule forms part of the Terms of Use for creators participating in the earnings programme.
1. How you earn
Most subscription revenue goes to eligible creators. You earn from qualifying Reveals of your published workflows. A Reveal is when a member unlocks a workflow’s full instructions and included materials. Reveals by trial and paying members count towards earnings. Viewing a preview or rereading an unlocked workflow is not a new Reveal. Your earnings vary with subscription revenue and these qualifying unlocks.
We calculate earnings monthly in US dollars (USD). The calculation uses subscription revenue after collection fees, taxes collected, refunds and applicable subscription adjustments. We use the exchange rates recorded for that month; later currency changes do not change earnings already recorded.
To start earning, accept the Creator Terms and complete the eligibility checks for your country, individual or company status and supported payment route. Payment verification is required to receive payment once your payable balance reaches USD 20 before fees, not to start earning.
2. Your monthly earnings
We use calendar months in UTC. Eligibility changes must take effect and be recorded before the month ends. If you become eligible during a month and are eligible at that cutoff, the month's qualifying Reveals count, including those before you completed setup. Setup completed in the next month does not change the previous month.
An earning suspension in place at the cutoff makes you ineligible for that month. If it is lifted before the cutoff, the month's otherwise qualifying Reveals count. Fraudulent or otherwise excluded activity does not count. A later suspension does not cancel confirmed earnings.
Current-month figures are provisional. Your monthly statement shows the confirmed calculation.
3. Getting paid
Balances below USD 20 before fees carry forward. Once your payable balance reaches USD 20, we direct you to Talentir to claim payment and complete its setup and verification.
For example, a USD 15 balance carries forward. If you then earn another USD 10, the USD 25 balance meets the payment threshold before fees.
We review the monthly calculation and approve payments after reconciliation and payment checks. Payments are processed monthly; arrival depends on your receiving method.
Before you choose a method, you will see its currency or asset, charges and relevant wallet or recovery conditions. The method's terms explain when payment is complete and where it arrives. A payment link or approval alone is not completed payment.
We cover our platform and funding costs. You pay only receiving-method or currency-conversion charges disclosed before you knowingly choose that method.
4. Payment problems and leaving
A failed payment or verification check, or an expired payment link, does not cancel confirmed earnings. We check uncertain payments before retrying and explain the next step. Returned payment principal goes back into your outstanding balance.
Contact support@modlethub.com if you want to leave with an outstanding balance. Closing your account does not erase confirmed unpaid earnings. The usual USD 20 threshold and carry-forward rule still apply.
Withdrawing your public profile, removing a workflow and closing your account are separate actions. We can help you with the ones you want.
5. Records and tax
Your monthly statement shows confirmed earnings in USD, adjustments, payments, returns and the remaining balance. Exports list recorded earnings and payment activity through their stated cutoff. If we confirm an error in your earnings calculation, we correct it through an amended statement, not a silent replacement.
Use the payment provider's records for receiving-method charges, conversion and amounts received. ModletHub records support your bookkeeping; they are not tax certificates or proof of bank receipt.
Provide accurate information and meet your tax obligations. We will explain any deduction we are legally required to make. Our platform costs are not tax withholding.
6. Help
Email support@modlethub.com with the statement period and reference. Use Talentir's secure process for identity, bank and tax documents; do not email them to support.
