Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets the rules for using ModletHub and forms part of the Terms of Use. It applies when you browse, Reveal, download, publish, upload files, contact support, submit requests, or otherwise use ModletHub.
1. Use ModletHub for safe workflow implementation
You may use ModletHub to:
- browse and preview workflows;
- Reveal workflows you want to build;
- use unlocked steps and downloads in your own tools;
- publish workflows you have the right to share;
- use Agent-ready files where included and compatible with your setup;
- report bugs, unsafe content, abuse, or rights concerns.
2. Do not send or upload secrets
Do not send, upload, publish, or include:
- passwords;
- API keys;
- access tokens;
- private keys;
- account credentials;
- private customer records;
- client-confidential data;
- private implementation secrets;
- sensitive personal data that is not needed or safe to share.
This applies to support messages, request intake, workflow submissions, creator uploads, setup files, and Agent-ready files.
3. Do not publish content you do not have rights to share
You must not submit, publish, upload, or distribute content that infringes someone else's rights or that you are not allowed to share.
This includes client work, employer material, private screenshots, customer data, third-party files, or tool configurations unless you have the right to use them on ModletHub.
If in doubt, create a safe general version using sample data.
4. Do not use ModletHub for harmful activity
You must not use ModletHub to create, request, publish, upload, or distribute content intended for:
- malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or unauthorized access;
- spam, deceptive outreach, or abusive automation;
- unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, or abuse;
- fraud, impersonation, or evasion of platform rules;
- illegal activity;
- attempts to bypass ModletHub access controls;
- scraping, copying, or redistributing protected workflow content outside the licence in the Terms of Use;
- disrupting the service or attempting to access another person’s account, private work or data without permission.
5. Agent-ready and file rules
Agent-ready files must support the workflow. They must not act as a hidden replacement for the playbook.
Files should be safe to share, valid where required, and free from credentials, secrets, private customer data, or client-confidential material.
Do not upload files that contain live keys, private account identifiers, customer records, or anything that could compromise a person, client, account, or system.
6. Third-party tools and platforms
You are responsible for using workflows, downloads, and Agent-ready files in a way that complies with applicable laws and the terms of the tools you use.
ModletHub does not authorize you to send messages, change CRM data, modify automations, publish content, spend money, delete data, or act in third-party systems without the right approval in those systems.
7. Library integrity
Do not misuse ModletHub by:
- creating fake accounts or misleading profiles;
- manipulating reviews, ratings, saves, reveals, or usage signals;
- deliberately misrepresenting a workflow’s capabilities, results, authorship or supporting evidence;
- hiding unsafe content inside downloads or files;
- attempting to evade restrictions or prior enforcement actions.
8. Reporting concerns
Report safety, abuse, rights, or workflow-content concerns to support@modlethub.com.
Please include the material or URL, a short explanation, who you represent and any relevant evidence. Confirm that you believe the report is accurate and complete. We assess urgent reports even if some information is missing.
Do not include credentials, private records, or client-confidential material in the report.
9. Enforcement and legal action
If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may investigate, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate access, and prevent further misuse. We take account of the seriousness, impact and repetition of the conduct. Serious breaches or urgent legal or security risks may require action without advance warning.
We may also take legal action to protect ModletHub, including seeking an injunction to stop misuse and claiming compensation for loss caused by unlawful conduct or breach of contract. We may seek recovery of legal costs where permitted by law or awarded by a court. We may preserve relevant evidence and report suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities, sharing information where lawful.
These measures do not limit other rights or remedies available to us under the law. We do not have to complete an internal appeal before seeking urgent legal protection.
We will provide notices and reasons when required by law. Otherwise, we will explain significant restrictions unless doing so would be unlawful or compromise security, another person’s rights or an investigation. To challenge a decision, email support@modlethub.com with the decision reference and your reasons. We aim to decide appeals within ten working days and explain the next step if we need longer. This target does not extend any legal deadline. Enforcement does not remove mandatory consumer rights or automatically cancel confirmed creator earnings.
10. Relationship to other terms
The Terms of Use also govern your account, workflow licence and mandatory rights. This policy does not expand or remove the permitted implementation uses in that licence.
