To stop your next renewal, open your account and choose “Manage subscription” to cancel through Stripe. No email is needed. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Email support@modlethub.com only if you cannot use that route.

To exercise a legal right to withdraw from the contract, rather than simply stop renewal, you can use our online withdrawal page at modlethub.com/billing/withdraw or email a clear withdrawal statement to support@modlethub.com. Your withdrawal is in time if you send the statement before the withdrawal period ends. You do not need to wait for our acknowledgement or review.

You can also report a faulty or misdescribed service or workflow. Our Terms explain your withdrawal, refund and other legal rights.

For an earnings question, include the statement period and reference. The Creator Earnings schedule explains eligibility, payment checks, fees and outstanding balances. Use Talentir’s secure process for any identity, bank or tax documents it requests.

Withdrawing your public profile does not itself unpublish a workflow or close your account. Contact us if you want help with those separate actions or an outstanding balance.

For a copyright, confidentiality or unlawful-content report, give the material or URL, explain the problem and say who you represent. Include a contact address where appropriate and confirm that you believe the report is accurate and complete. We assess urgent reports even if some information is missing. Do not send unnecessary personal information.

If you disagree with a restriction or removal, reply with the decision reference and the reason you think it should be reconsidered. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains enforcement and legal action; an appeal does not prevent urgent protective action.

We normally answer UK and EU data-rights requests within one calendar month, without undue delay. If the law allows an extension, we explain why within the initial period. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate and explain the outcome without undue delay. Our general support targets do not replace these deadlines.
